Thai Bodywork
A technique using pulling, pressing, stretching, rocking and compression on your body to promote relaxation, restore balance and relieve tension in the muscles and joints. At Third Space, our Thai Bodywork involves a combination of massage and passive stretching to address the physical and emotional needs of each patient with compressions that are often slow and repetitive to address your whole body from head to toe.
